Alce Nero trout and vegetable baby food purée is made using selected ingredients: trout is sourced from farms in the Belluno Alpine foothills, raised in spring water from the Tegorzo stream. The factory is immersed in the greenery of the landscape and is ideally located for the farming of rainbow trout which requires crystal clear, flowing waters. Only certified organic food is used on the farm, free from genetically modified organisms. The vegetables are organic and Italian. The clean, simple recipe specially developed so as not to alter the flavour of the fish and vegetables, nourishing infants without the use of flavourings, starches, colourants and preservatives. The trout is mashed (homogenised) to make it easy to swallow and more digestible. This baby food purée is gluten free.
