This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a 100% organic oil from Coratina olives. It is the first olive oil of the year, obtained from carefully selected olives, in Minervino Murge. The pressing of the olives took place in the mill 2 hours after the harvest.

It has an intense and complex flavor, is rich in vegetable scents, stands out that of green tomato. On the palate the spicy notes are distinct, the bitterness is balanced, it is an oil with personality.

We suggest to taste it always raw to preserve the organoleptic properties and the high content in polyphenols.

Taste it pure with a slice of bread, legumes, vegetable soups, red meats, grilled meats.
