For this Sliced San Daniele Ham, the pork legs are salted fresh with sea salt from Margherita di Savoia (Puglia) and then follow all the processing steps set for a slow aging, and this to allow the hams to evolve in harmony improving month after month in the aromas, in the flavors and softness, these elements that distinguish DOK Dall’Ava from most other ham factories.

San Daniele ham, due its sweet taste is one of the fav for the kids. It is perfect paired with a buffalo mozzarella,with other cheese or with the cantaloupe melon during Summer. It is also the perfect ingredient to dress your pinsa.

Do not puncture the box as this product does not contain any antioxidant it is advised to consume this product within 1 day from the opening.
