Risotto with Saffron kit 250g – Tenuta Margherita

Ingredients: Superfine Carnaroli rice (95%), vegetable seasoning without glutamate (salt, potato flour, yeast extract, potato maltodextrin, dehydrated vegetables (onion, carrot, celery and parsley), sunflower oil, spices and natural flavours), onion, garlic, saffron (0,1%), turmeric.

Method of preparation:

In a pan, brown the contents of the package with a tablespoon of oil for about a minute over medium heat, stirring, deglaze with white wine and allow to evaporate. Pour in 650 ml of hot water a little at a time and stirring constantly, let the water dry bringing it to the preferred consistency (about 17 min). When almost cooked, stir in a knob of butter and Parmesan, adding salt to taste.
