Ingredients: Superfino Carnaroli rice, broth without glutamate (salt, potato flour, yeast extract, potato maltodextrin, dehydrated vegetables (onion, carrot , celery and parsley), sunflower oil, spices, natural flavours, speck, onions, radicchio, black pepper.

Method of preparation:

In a pan, brown the contents of the package with a tablespoon of oil for about a minute over medium heat, stirring, deglaze with white wine and allow to evaporate. Pour in 650 ml of hot water a little at a time and stirring constantly, let the water dry bringing it to the preferred consistency (about 17 min). When almost cooked, stir in a knob of butter and Parmesan, adding salt to taste.
