Ingredients: Superfino Carnaroli rice (92%), porcini mushroom broth without glutamate (salt, potato flour, yeast extract, potato maltodextrin, dried Porcini mushrooms (6%), dehydrated vegetables (onion, carrot and garlic), sunflower oil, flavours, pepper), dried Porcini mushrooms (2%), (Boletus Edulis and other members of the same family), onion, garlic, parsley

Method of preparation:

In a pan, brown the contents of the package with a tablespoon of oil for about a minute over medium heat, stirring, deglaze with white wine and allow to evaporate. Pour in 650 ml of hot water a little at a time and stirring constantly, let the water dry bringing it to the preferred consistency (about 17 min). When almost cooked, stir in a knob of butter and Parmesan, adding salt to taste.
