All you need to do is heat the ready sauce, drain the pasta and mix everything.
These sauces are prepared with seasonal products, harvested when they have reached maturity and processed by hand, following the family recipe. Without the addition of additives or colourings.
Ready o eat sauce with datterino tomatoes, dried sweet peppers and extra virgin olive oil. Inspired by a recipe of their grandmother Maria, confidentially called Marì.
Ingredients: Tomato pulp, peeled datterini tomatoes, cruschi sweet peppers (dried), extra virgin olive oil, seasoned cow’s milk ricotta, fresh garlic.
It enhances the flavor of fresh homemade pasta, especially short shapes.
Store in a cool and dark place. After opening, place in the fridge and use within 2-3 days.
Regarding Casa Iuorio, everything comes from their grandparents’ teachings, committed to support a large family, thanks to the daily hard work, coming from the lands.
From them, they learned how to treat raw materials and how to preserve genuine products, following the traditional recipes recovered from them and, in some cases, innovated.
Their mission is to propose typical products again, in a new guise, on the table of those looking for authentic flavors.

The farm is situated in Palomonte, in Salerno’s district, in the heart of Monte Palo’s green countryside.
In the Casa Iuorio farm, they cultivate following the methods used in natural agriculture, respecting the seasons’ rhythms and challenging the clayey soil of our countryside, which makes irrigation difficult but at the same time donates mineral properties to the crops, making them particularly nutritious and tasty.
Hilly grounds have to be tilled by hand, they can’t be processed by tractors or other industrial machines. It is followed a sustainable agriculture by adopting virtuous agricultural practices: crop rotation, the fight against harmful insects through their antagonists or the use of resistant plants.
