Ingredients: radicchio rosso of Treviso IGP (90%), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, Taggiasca olives (1,8%), white wine vinegar, white wine, whole salt, organic brown sugar
Pairing: suitable for appetizers, on croutons, to season pasta and gnocchi, great on sandwiches, with white meats and cheese fondues
