Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina (69%), water, olive oil (15%), salt, yeast. Can contain soy and mustard.

A round classic Sardinian oven baked crispbread, Guttiau is a variation of Carasau, considered one of the oldest recipes in the world. Also known as “carta musica” in reference to the characteristic noise made when broken and chewed. The Guttiau is a crispbread with oil and salt sprinkled on the surface, giving it a slightly more powerful flavour than the traditional Carasau.
