ORGANIC APRICOT JAM pectin free 270g

Alce Nero organic apricot preserve is made with over 100% fruit (per 100 grams of finished product), and it’s free of pectin. The vacuum-pan method involves low temperatures and extremely short cooking times, which leave the aroma, scent, and flavour of the apricots essentially intact. Try it at breakfast, as a nutritious snack, or on your desserts.

Alce Nero organic apricot jam is made exclusively from organic apricots grown in Italy, without any added pectin. Fruit is delicately prepared to obtain a compote with a soft consistency and delicious fruit flavour. It is ideal as a spread and perfect for preparing desserts and tarts.
