HOW TO COOK

OVEN (BEST, 12 min)

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) and meanwhile take your lasagna out of the fridge
  2. Remove the film from the lasagna
  3. Place the lasagna with its tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 12 minutes, until piping hot
  4. Remove your lasagna from the oven and let it rest 5 minutes before serving. Buon Appetito!

MICROWAVE (FASTEST, 5 min)*

  1. Remove the film from the lasagna but leave it in its aluminium container
  2. Place one lasagna at a time in the middle of the microwave, making sure it doesn’t come in contact with the walls
  3. Cook the lasagna on high/maximum power (850-1200W) for 5 minutes, until piping hot
  4. Remove your lasagna from the microwave and let it rests some minutes before serving. Buon Appetito!

TIP: use the grill mode for an extra 5 minutes of cooking to make it more golden-brown on top.
