Irresistible and soft cream spreadable of fine hazelnuts Piedmont IGP and selected cocoa.
The Gianduia cream was born from the need of the Turin pastry chefs of the nineteenth century to replace in their preparations part of cocoa with the cheapest hazelnut Piedmont PGI.
Ingredients: Roasted Hazelnut Piedmont PGI 45%, sugar, milk powder, cocoa powder 22/24%, emulsifier: soy lecithin.
