Ingredients:
Dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavoring) min. Filling: dark chocolate (min. 62% cocoa), vegetable fat (sunflower oil, cocoa butter, safflower oil) flavouring, glucose/fructose syrup, rum 3%.

The fine brittle quality of the dark chocolate shell constitutes the most refined secret of one of the emblematic recipes of the art of confectionery in Piedmont. Its heart is a soft cream, intensely flavoured.
The Cuneesi of B.Langhe can be recognised because each one is different from any other.
These are not mass produced chocolates filled in an industrial process. They are made by delicately pouring the chocolate over the soft cream
until it is completely enrobed, so that each one has a unique shape.
