Crumbly covered nougat – Premiata Torroneria 150g

Handcrafted crumbly torrone with Piedmontese hazelnuts, made according to an original recipe which dates back from 1883. It is made of egg whites and is steamed for about 7 hours, shaped, cut and cooled. After cooling, the torrone is covered with extra plain chocolate.

NOUGAT INGREDIENTS  65%: Piedmont hazelnut (45%), honey, sugar, glucose syrup, egg white, wafer ( potato starch, water, olive oil), Madagascar natural vanilla, corn starch.
DARK CHOCOLATE INGREDIENTS  35%: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavour vanilla. Min. cocoa content 50.2%
