Hulled cicerchia 400g

It is an ancient legume that has been abandoned for a very long time and rediscovered only in the recent years thanks to its nutritive properties and its unmistakable taste.

The most common way to use the cicerchia is still the soup, for example with guanciale and rosemary.

The use of Cicerchia as a side dish, require the use of simple seasonings that do not cover the characteristic taste but, on the contrary, exalt it. Like virgin olive oil and aromatic herbs such as thyme, oregano and rosemary.
