Pecorino dei Malatesta al Sangiovese is an Italian cheese made with highly selected sheep’s milk pasteurized at optimum temperature

Treated on the surface with Sangiovese red wine and aged in a cell at 8 ºC for about 30 days.

Organoleptic characteristics
Smooth white cheese, slightly pasty in the mouth, mild sheep’s milk flavor with a vinous aftertaste.

It is the perfect cheese for your antipasti board.
