Radicchio, Pear and Gorgonzola salad

This Radicchio salad is a gorgeous and festive salad, quick and simple to make at home and beautiful to serve. Tasty salad with a combination of flavours, bitter, sweet, salty.

Serves: 4



First, toast the almonds or walnut in the oven (few minutes at 180 degrees)
Blitz all the dressing ingredients together in a blender until smooth (Gorgonzola dolce, mascarpone, lemon juice, and Evo oil)
Arrange your prepared vegetable and fruit (sliced pear) on a large platter and then drizzle everything enthusiastically with the Gorgonzola dressing. If you like, garnish with parsley and sesame
