Prickly Pears Fritters

INGREDIENTS
- 4 Prickly Pears skin
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tabelspoons of milk
- Icing sugar
- Flour
- Sunflowers Oil
METHOD
Wash the prickly pears several times. Remove the ends from the fruits and peel them. Blanch the skins for 4/5 minutes.
Dip them in the beaten egg, diluted with milk, then in the flour and again in the egg.
Fry the skins on both sides, remove them with a spoon and dry them on absorbent paper.
Sprinkle the skins with icing sugar, or if you prefer with cinnamon or honey.
