Polenta with tomato sauce

Polenta with tomato sauce is a tasty dish, perfect for a winter dinner with friends: a good glass of red wine will complete everything. And yes, because polenta with tomato sauce is a very tasty dish and simple to make when you want to bring to the table a delicious single dish.
Polenta that has a fairly neutral taste goes well with the savory and full-bodied sauce. Try this recipe and you will see that success on your tables!
Ingredients:
- Polenta istantanea Bartolini 300g
- 500 ml tomato passata
- 1 Onion
- Meat (the one you prefer: sausages, beef, minced meat)
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Ground black pepper
Chop the carrot, onion, garlic and celery and fry with a little oil then add salt, black pepper and the meat
Cook for a few minutes, add the tomato passata and a little water and continue to cook until the sauce is reduced.
When the sauce is almost ready, cook the polenta.
Pour in a pot the polenta and add 1lt water, add the salt ad bring to boil.
Let it cook for 5 mins, do not forget to stir, and your polenta is ready.
Pour same sauce on the base of the plate and the add the polenta. Cover it with other sauce.
The more sauce, the better!
