Peach and Watermelon salad is one of our favorite types of salads cause of all the different seasonal fruits and vegetables.

It’s fresh and perfect for the peak of summer. Salty and sweet at the same time.

When it comes to mix salads, there is no wrong combination. Since there is a huge amount of fresh ans seasonal produce you can really get creative.

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 Peaches or Nectarines, sliced
• 1 slice of Watermelon, cubed
• 200g Primo sale or Feta cheese
• Mix Lettuce, the one you love
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Fresh Mint leaves

10 minutes of prep and you will taste the Summer with this Peach and Watermelon salad!
