Beetroot choc cake


Beetroot choc cake
INGREDIENTS:
175 gr cooked beetroot
175 dark brown sugar
200 gr self raising flour
50 cocoa powder
200 gr yogurt
a couple of drops of vanilla
100 ml mild vegetable oil
METHOD:
Blitz all ingredients in a blender
Bake it for 50 minutes at 180 degrees
Let it cool and spread it with your favourite sauce!!
