Beetroot choc cake
You can’t say no to this one!!! Healthier or not who cares ! It is soooo deliciously yummy!
And you can make it in no time. Ready?
175 gr cooked beetroot
175 dark brown sugar
200 gr self raising flour
50 cocoa powder
200 gr yogurt
a couple of drops of vanilla
100 ml mild vegetable oil
Blitz all ingredients in a blender
Bake it for 50 minutes at 180 degrees
Let it cool and spread it with your favourite sauce!!
