A quick and tasty dish, ready in 10 minutes
Serves 4 people
800g Beef strips
1 Radicchio (we have used Castelfranco)
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
In a pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil. Add the beef strips and brown them for a few minutes.
Cut the pomegranates with a knife, open them with your thumbs . Keep some of the grains to decorate the dishes and put the remaining ones in a potato masher; squeeze them until you get 150 g of juice and filter it.
Add the pomegranate juice at the strips and let it evaporate. Wash the radicchio, squeeze it and cut it into strips that are not too thin.
Add it to the meat and, stirring constantly, cook a few minutes. Remove from heat and add salt.
At the end, add the walnuts and pomegranate grains.
